At Butler & Wilson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry or accessories in their original Butler & Wilson presentation box and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
